My right ear was blocked, and certainly wasn’t curing itself – so I decided to take the plunge when Rachel opened up her studio/surgery near me. I am glad I did, and I can thoroughly recommend her work. She’s thorough, absolutely professional – and tells you everything she is doing so that the whole process is clearly understood. With something as important as hearing, it’s great to know she is somebody one can trust. Thank you Rachel!
